that little issue was published in a local newspaper?O_____o
ReplyDeleteanyway, cute family and adorable mum :) happy b-day to the little one :)
Hi,
ReplyDeleteIt makes me very sad to see that you publish a photo of my son and ex-husband when I always have tried to protect my child and family from the spotlight. I therefore ask you kindly to delete this photo from the site. Kind regards, Anette Olzon
Hi dear Nettie
ReplyDeleteI agree with you...there is a part in human's life which needs to be protect..and that is family.
Big hugs to you
Lots of love
Eskoplja :*
Our Apologies to Anette
ReplyDeleteAnette!!!!! Forgive us!!!!! :=(We feel ashamed, sorry and sad now. As we have always done since 2007, since we know you, since we opened the fansite anetteolzoncentral, we use to search for news about you or nw and we came across so many sites, blogs etc..Last week we found by chance this swedish site HD.se with kinda family section, especially this public page showing babies and their birthday...we just thought the photo was so ADORABLE, nothing else, so we didn't mean to hurt you or your family: in our mind that photo is there because you gave your permission for it and you didnt ask them to remove it.
We therefore ask you kindly to forgive our shallow behaviour. As we created your very first fansite, this is a dishonour for us all and people out there can see we are having a "moral price to pay" actually.
Thanks in advance.
Hoping for you/your family forgiveness, hoping you will understand, because we dont get money from the site.
wishing you lots of health and peace,
Take care,
yours,
Aoc Team
Annete have acted weird here and a little unfair; in my particular opinion. You cannot put the blame on someone for finding a picture on the internet trying to protect your family, it's hypocrite, okay, we will not see the picture from here, bur we can still see the photo spread in the internet, so, since it's not here, problem solved, right? hahaha The one who set it here has no guilt, he/she just found it on the internet and then posted here, if you wanna feel sad about someone posting your personal photos on the internet, you're directing your 'sad feelings' towards the wrong person, at all. And, you cannot also try to be a rockstar and protect 100% your family from the exposure, at same time, only in fairy tales, maybe. I'm a big fan of your, but it's far from being fair! Asking him/her to take it off of here won't help ya and won't solve you spotlight problem!
ReplyDeleteI feel bad now. I was defending the fact that the picture should be able to stay on the website, but I had no idea it was against Anette's wishes. Sorry, Anette. :(
ReplyDeleteHappy b-day to ur son :)
ReplyDeleteI hope he had had a very nice and fun celebration.
NoEnoughWords...everyone has right on private lfe.
ReplyDeleteIs she said "remove it", then remove it.
From love and respect to Anette...the picture needed to be removed
With love
Ena
Eskoplja, did you even read what I wrote? If so, do you have any idea of hypocrisy? Then, have a new read at it and try to think for a while and you'll realize what I meant. I'll help ya! Focus on this part: "You cannot put the blame on someone for finding a picture on the internet trying to protect your family, it's hypocrite, okay, we will not see the picture from here, bur we can still see the photo spread in the internet, so, since it's not here, problem solved, right?"
ReplyDeleteAnd this one:
"And, you cannot also try to be a rockstar and protect 100% your family from the exposure, at same time, only in fairy tales, maybe. I'm a big fan of your, but it's far from being fair! Asking him/her to take it off of here won't help ya and won't solve you spotlight problem!"
Since it's everywhere! ;]
OK, I respect your opinion, but I think that a real fan would never, but never will hurt a person who loves...even if that person is a rock star, family member...
ReplyDeleteI think that if this is Anette Olzon fan page...it will never publish what she does not want, because everyone knows that she does not want to publish her private things which she did not publish.
And you can all be angry on me,you can erase me from this page but I think you need to respect someone's privacy. It is sad beause that happens to all famous people. But if you really love her....respect her.
Ena
Yeah, it makes sense, Eskopljia, but, I'd be tolerant about that, in Anette’s shoes, since I know that it’s spread everywhere and minding it’s here won’t solve or help a thing. It’s not what she did, but how she did, you know, to come here acting like the owner knew that Anette would hate it and did it right to hurt her. She knows that it was not what really happened, It’s obvious that the owner did it but never meant to hurt her, so she could just come here and say: Hey, I don’t like it, would you mind to take it off?
ReplyDeleteBut that was not what happened. She came here accusing like the owner knew all the time that it would hurt her and did it heartless to attack her, like: OH, I’M VERY SAD YOU DID IT JUST TO HURT ME!
Okay, hypocrisy in high level, since she is a rock star, if she never wanted to fall into this, she would never join Nightwish! Haha She could just come here and ask it kindly without accusing. About privacy, she knew it would happen, that’s the price to be paid! A perfect world just exists in Disney World!
Alright, I can see both sides of the story.
ReplyDeleteYes, as a fansite, it should be known
Anette wants her personal life to
stay private, she's ALWAYS said that.
But at the same time, it's a FANSITE!
Of course they know how to find rare pictures
and they're going to show them. It's what
makes a fansite special and different.
Then again, they weren't the ones to put
up the picture in the first place.
These "Feelings" are being projected on the
wrong group of people. Find out who put it on
the other website, then get upset about it.
Because as far as I'm concerned,
it's not their fault. But if Anette wants
it gone, it should be gone. And it HAS been
taken down. So, everyone needs let it go.
It's Anette's picture, she solved the
problem, and AOC listened. End of story.
Katie
It's actions like these that make it difficult for me to respect Anette. She brought Seth up onstage in Sweden, pictures were taken there, but did she go to every site that posts anything NW related and tell them not to post? Nope.
ReplyDeleteMy question to Anette is: why do you seem to hold yourself to a different standard than Marco and Jukka? They have both allowed pictures of their kids to be taken, and not really made much fuss about it. Sure, I haven't seen a picture of Jukka's newest addition, but I've seen Nikki and Luna.
Peace,
Falyssa
Falyssa: hello Falyssa, may you please post your comment on Anettes official blog?
ReplyDeleteShe can read it then.
Thanks and have a nice day,
AOC
@AOC: I did, she never posted it. Seems that she won't post it if it's intelligent-sounding and not kissing her backside.
ReplyDeleteI think she is free to act as she wants! Its her life and her family!
ReplyDeleteHow could you blame her to ask to remove that photo?
She asked in a nice and polite way.
So ok she allowed Seth to go on stage some months ago, and so? It was her decision, maybe she regrets it, I don't konw! Anyway I think its not a problem for her to see photos of her son while he was on stage because she was okay for it but seing others photos,I don't think its the same thing!
Puh-leese, the picture was taken 9 years ago, like someone is really that obessessed with Anette to want to do something about the picture.
ReplyDeleteShe didn't ask in a polite way to me, but maybe thats because of the language barrier.
In my opinion she asked politely.
ReplyDeleteIt's obvious that she cannot completely avoid the public eye since she's become famous, and I think she's well aware of it; but she wishes to keep her privacy as much as possible and she has the right to it. It's true, someone will always find out something about her/her family, she doesn't live in a cave; but I understand she asks people not to spread those things any further. Then it's up to people's politeness to be reserved enough and focus on her artistic life instead of her private life. She's always been clear about what she wants to protect, and I honestly don't see why it should be so hard to stick to what she's willing to share with the fans, and leave out what she wants to keep private. For this reason I think that AOC was really naive to post that picture, when Anette has been saying all the time that she doesn't want anything to be spread about her child and family.
Just my opinion ;-)
